घरगुती बेबी सिरीयल पावडर

Here is a homemade cerelac recepie that includes whole grains, lentils, and nuts.

Ingredients (साहित्य):

  • २ वाटी तांदूळ (2 cups rice)
  • २ चमचे मूग (2 tbsp moong dal / yellow lentils)
  • २ चमचे मसूर (2 tbsp masoor dal / red lentils)
  • २ वाटी मखाने (2 cups foxnuts/lotus seeds)
  • २० बदाम (20 almonds)
  • १० काजू (10 cashews)
  • १० पिस्ता (10 pistachios)
  • ४ अक्रोड (4 walnuts)

Preparation (कृती):

  1. डाळ व तांदूळ धुवून कपड्यावर वाळवा. Wash the dals and rice thoroughly, then dry them completely on a clean cloth.
  2. वाळवलेली डाळ व तांदूळ ड्राय रोस्ट करून घ्या. Dry roast the rice and dals until slightly golden and aromatic.
  3. ड्राय फ्रूट्स पण हलकं रोस्ट करा. Lightly dry roast the dry fruits—almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, and foxnuts.
  4. सगळं एकत्र करून मिक्सरमध्ये पावडर करा. Mix everything together and grind it into a fine powder using a mixer/grinder.
  5. पावडर बारीक चाळणीने गाळून घ्या. Sieve the powder through a fine mesh to ensure it’s baby-friendly and smooth.

Storage Tip: Keep the powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For longer freshness, refrigerate—it stays good for up to 6 months.
