घरगुती बेबी सिरीयल पावडर
Here is a homemade cerelac recepie that includes whole grains, lentils, and nuts.
Ingredients (साहित्य):
- २ वाटी तांदूळ (2 cups rice)
- २ चमचे मूग (2 tbsp moong dal / yellow lentils)
- २ चमचे मसूर (2 tbsp masoor dal / red lentils)
- २ वाटी मखाने (2 cups foxnuts/lotus seeds)
- २० बदाम (20 almonds)
- १० काजू (10 cashews)
- १० पिस्ता (10 pistachios)
- ४ अक्रोड (4 walnuts)
Preparation (कृती):
- डाळ व तांदूळ धुवून कपड्यावर वाळवा. Wash the dals and rice thoroughly, then dry them completely on a clean cloth.
- वाळवलेली डाळ व तांदूळ ड्राय रोस्ट करून घ्या. Dry roast the rice and dals until slightly golden and aromatic.
- ड्राय फ्रूट्स पण हलकं रोस्ट करा. Lightly dry roast the dry fruits—almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, and foxnuts.
- सगळं एकत्र करून मिक्सरमध्ये पावडर करा. Mix everything together and grind it into a fine powder using a mixer/grinder.
- पावडर बारीक चाळणीने गाळून घ्या. Sieve the powder through a fine mesh to ensure it’s baby-friendly and smooth.
Storage Tip: Keep the powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For longer freshness, refrigerate—it stays good for up to 6 months.
